ShopsLinq is an AI-driven e-commerce operation system that provides operational support services ranging from AI Assist → AI Execute → AI Operate, helping users analyze data, execute operational tasks, and optimize decision-making processes.

The Service may include production features, Beta features, or Early Access features. Available content depends on your selected plan.

2 Account Registration and Use

• Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use
• The Service is for lawful business purposes only and may not be used for illegal or infringing activities

3 Plans, Fees, and Payment

• The Service offers different features and scope based on selected plans
• Fees, payment cycles, and promotions are subject to announcements on the website or admin panel
• Unless otherwise specified, all fees are exclusive of taxes
• Completed payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law

• You remain responsible for final operational decisions, product content, pricing, and marketing activities
• The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice

6 Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, crack, or interfere with the Service's systems
• Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Use the Service to distribute malicious content, spam, or illegal information

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising from these Terms.
