Trusted by brands of every kind
A store admin shouldn’t be a maze of forms. Say the outcome you want. The agent breaks it down, runs the numbers and does the work, and every decision your customers will see goes through you first.
01Conversational admin
Every page of your admin, now a sentence
Stop hunting for the right screen. Hand off work the way you’d message a store manager: the agent reads your data, drafts the changes, delivers the result and tells you exactly what it did.
List these 12 new arrivals in our brand voice, price them at cost plus 45%, and keep them as drafts.
Created 12 product drafts with titles, descriptions and SEO summaries. Prices are cost × 1.45, rounded, and every margin is above 35%.

What’s about to expire or not selling? Tell me what to do.
Five lots expire within 30 days and eight products haven’t sold in 90+ days, costing US$390 in storage so far. I suggest bundling the expiring items and pausing restocks on the slow movers.
| Product | Issue | Stock | Suggestion |

| Cold brew pack B-0921 | Expires in 18 days | 64 | Bundle |
| Drip bag gift box B-0874 | Expires in 26 days | 40 | Bundle |

02Discount design
If you can say the discount, you can run it
Member tiers, spend thresholds, quantities, dates, stacking, margin floors. The agent turns what you say into explicit rules and simulates the margin before anything goes live. Every rule stays visible and editable.

The AI is capable. The final say is always yours
Every action carries a risk level. Let it read data and save drafts on its own. For anything customers can see, like listing, repricing or launching promotions, you choose between automatic and approval. High-risk actions such as refunds and permissions always wait for you.

05Store playbook
The longer it works, the better it knows your store
On Autopilot the AI doesn’t retrain a model. It remembers your decisions: what you approved, what you rejected and how you edited its drafts. It distils them into a store playbook, and once you confirm an entry, that’s how it works from then on.
- 01VisibleEvery entry shows where it was learned.
- 02EditableChange, pause or delete any entry at any time.
- 03Yours to confirmNew rules come to you for approval. Nothing takes effect quietly.
Your playbook belongs to your store and is never used to train general-purpose AI models.
Automatic learning is part of Autopilot; on Growth you write the playbook yourself.

The AI reads this playbook before every action.
06A complete commerce platform

09FAQ
Before you start, you might want to know
How is ShopsLinq different from other store platforms?
Most platforms hand you an admin and you still click through everything yourself. ShopsLinq has an AI agent built in: tell it what you want and it reads your data, drafts changes, simulates margin, acts within its permissions and lines up the decisions that need you. We built the whole platform ourselves, so the agent can operate every feature directly without extra integrations.
Could the AI agent mess up my prices or discounts?
No. Customer-facing actions (publishing, repricing, launching promotions) need your approval by default, and you can switch individual actions to automatic or forbidden. High-risk actions like refunds and permissions always need approval. Every discount is checked against your margin floor and minimum prices at checkout, so the AI can’t cross your operating standards.
Will the AI get to know my store over time?
On Autopilot, yes. It doesn’t retrain a model; it turns your decisions, edits and business data into a store playbook. Every entry shows its source, takes effect only after you confirm it, and can be changed or deleted at any time. On Growth you write the playbook yourself.
Are there really no transaction fees?
Yes. Every plan has 0% transaction fees. You pay your plan subscription and your payment provider’s own processing fees (for example ECPay or LINE Pay), nothing more.
I don’t need AI yet. Can I just open a store?
Yes. Starter has no AI features and uses a fixed-theme storefront, but you still get a custom domain, products, orders and discounts at the lowest price. Upgrade whenever you’re ready.
Can I move over from another platform?
Yes. Import products from CSV or Excel and update prices in bulk by SKU. If you’d like help, we’ll plan the migration and timeline with you.
Is my business data safe?
Each store’s data is isolated by multiple layers, including access policies and database row-level security (RLS). Staff sign-in supports two-step verification, and sensitive actions require re-verification. Your business data is never used to train general-purpose AI models.
