Questions about paying
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the days left in your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep every feature of your current plan until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
Will I be charged automatically after the 14-day trial?
No. You don’t need a payment method during the trial. You can build your whole store and use the AI; the storefront shows a “site in testing” notice and payments run in test mode. Choose a plan to go live, and everything you set up during the trial carries over. We’ll email you before the trial ends.
Why can’t I change the storefront layout on Starter?
Starter uses a fixed theme tuned for conversion and SEO, so you can launch without spending time on design and we can offer the lowest price. Upgrade to Growth to customise layout and brand style; your products and orders stay exactly as they are.
Is AI really uncapped? What is fair use?
AI on Growth and Autopilot has no usage caps. Fair use exists to stop scripts from hammering the AI; everyday store operations aren’t affected. If usage looks clearly abnormal, we’ll reach out to you first.
How is AI on Growth different from Autopilot?
On Growth the AI looks things up, writes drafts and simulates margin, and you approve every customer-facing action; you write the store playbook yourself. Autopilot is an AI store manager: it learns from your decisions into the playbook, acts automatically within your operating standards, runs schedules and works around the clock, and lets ChatGPT, Claude or your own agents collaborate over MCP.
Do I still pay payment processing fees?
Yes. Providers such as ECPay, NewebPay and LINE Pay charge their own processing fees. ShopsLinq doesn’t add a cut on top.
Who is Enterprise for?
Teams with multiple brands or stores, high order volume, or a need for ERP and POS integration or on-premises deployment. We’ll scope the architecture and pricing with you.
